Encased in nature, the Forest Pavilion was a comfortable retreat that harmonized beautifully with its surroundings. I especially loved the ingenious touches throughout the hotel, like an infinity pool boasting serene valley views, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploration. Now, let’s talk about the culinary experience, which continues to linger in my mind. The set dinner menu was well thought out—a rich soup followed by succulent chicken in mushroom sauce, complemented by vibrant local vegetables. Each dish was a careful expression of the region's flavors. The ambiance of the dining area was warm and inviting. I appreciated the attentive staff, who made an effort to know guests by name while maintaining a respectful distance, allowing for a peaceful dining experience. This harmonious blend of nature, culinary creativity, and thoughtful hospitality made for a truly memorable getaway. After two days soaking in this tranquil haven without venturing out, I found myself reluctant to leave—it's a place I'd wholeheartedly recommend to fellow food enthusiasts!
