Encased in nature, the Forest Pavilion was a comfortable retreat that harmonized beautifully with its surroundings. I especially loved the ingenious touches throughout the hotel, like an infinity pool boasting serene valley views, perfect for cooling off after a day of exploration. Now, let's talk about the culinary experience, which continues to linger in my mind. The set dinner menu was well thought out-a rich soup followed by succulent chicken in mushroom sauce, complemented by vibrant local vegetables. Each dish was a careful expression of the region's flavors. The ambiance of the dining area was warm and inviting. I appreciated the attentive staff, who made an effort to know guests by name while maintaining a respectful distance, allowing for a peaceful dining experience. This harmonious blend of nature, culinary creativity, and thoughtful hospitality made for a truly memorable getaway. After two days soaking in this tranquil haven without venturing out, I found myself reluctant to leave-it's a place I'd wholeheartedly recommend to fellow food enthusiasts!
